Set: VAPE conversion kit to 12V - magnets cast on the rotor, making it more suitable for extreme speeds - 12 volts light magnet ignition system with integrated fully electronic ignition - ignition impulse is fully electronic and contactless - very stable Ignition with high energy sparks - better starting behavior and better combustion - suitable for original Simson number: Z089B-001 included in the scope of delivery: - installation instructions and circuit diagram - cable set - stator VAPE A70S-3-1 (with 3 mounting holes) - Rotor VAPE A70R-23-C (Fanwheel version, crankshaft cone 1:5) - Ignition module VAPE Z71 - AC-DC VAPE R54 controller - 12V flasher, 1x18 Watt - Locking sleeve - Locking insert 5A - Plug plug - Ignition cable - Screws - Battery 12V, 3Ah - Horn 6V-12V - All ball lamps 12V - 12V Soffits Please note: For older models (old bulb 15/15W) either the complete reflector or the bulb must be changed because of the hole size in the reflector! Important note: Please note the proof of installation! This is enclosed with every vape ignition system and must be filled out in the event of any complaints. This proof guarantees proper installation. The manufacturer requires this proof in the event of a complaint in order to be able to rule out installation errors when installing the vape ignition system. Note on the horn: The lettering on the case is 6Volt, but the horn also works with 12V! Attention: Rotor only suitable for crankshafts with cone 1:5! From 01.02.2021 the vape conversion kit will be delivered without battery acid. (Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 - prohibits the sale of acid to private individuals) The set now contains a maintenance-free AGM battery, in which the electrolyte is leak-proof in a non-woven fiberglass fleece.

DIE WUNDER VAPE
Für mich seit Jahren das Mittel der Wahl, wenn es um eine zuverlässige und hochwertige Zündanlage für Simson geht. Ich habe nun schon ein paar Vape Anlagen bei AKF gekauft und bin damit immer voll zufrieden. Alle Teile sind passgenau und sehr hochwertig, auch wenn man sagen muss, dass sich der Preis extrem in die Höhe entwickelt hat. Dafür erhält man allerdings einen Hochenergiefunken, gute Lichtleistung und einen sehr stabilen Lauf in Verbindung mit einer hohen Zuverlässigkeit der Anlage. Insgesamt spreche ich für alle Moped Typen eine klare Kaufempfehlung aus. (Und natürlich nur bei AKF kaufen ;P)

Einbau ohne Probleme
Die Anlage läuft super und die Schwalbe zündet nun einwandfrei und läuft stabil. Hab mir parallel zum Einbau ein Einbauvideo angeschaut, sodass die Umrüstung ohne Probleme lief. Hätte schon eher umsteigen sollen.

Das ganze ist super vorbereitet, das einzige Manko ist die Beschreibung. Da ist nur ein SchwarzWeiß Bild dabei, wo noch nicht mal die Kabelfarben benannt werden. Habe eine Weile im Netz gesucht, bevor ich brauchbares gefunden habe. Qualität ist top.

Beste Entscheidung für meine Schwalbe, erhöht die Zuverlässigkeit ungemein! Positiver Nebeneffekt: Lichtleistung erhöht sich, d.h. ein Plus an Sicherheit Und oberherum läuft das Moped um einiges besser!

- Unbedingt gleich noch auf H4 Scheinwerfer umbauen und Vape Kabelbaum mitbestellen!

Die Zündung, die man einfach braucht.
„Vape halt“. Was man soll man groß dazu sagen. Mit etwas handwerklichem Geschick ist dieses Upgrade mittlerweile eigentlich unverzichtbar. Eingebaut - eingestellt - angeklickt - läuft. Schaltplan sollte man sich in farbig organisieren, es liegt nur ein S/w Exemplar bei.
- Meine Tipps
- Es empfiehlt sich in eine Zünduhr zu investieren. Die kann man auch günstig zweite Hand schießen…! Messschieber und Geduld tun es aber auch.
