Cylinder and piston, 50cc - cylinder size: Ø38mm, 60km/h - ML-MEGU aluminum cylinder series with NPC coating - all-aluminium cylinder, thus optimal heat dissipation and high thermal load capacity - less Weight - high mileage thanks to NPC-coated tread - Significantly reduced friction and low run-in time - When using ML-MEGU pistons with steel rings and as prescribed ID (NC), optimal smooth running - performance-free and low-consumption - identifier with brand ML-MEGU, displacement, maximum speed and article number in cast or stamped - built-in play according to the manufacturer's instructions when using ML-MEGU pistons with identification (NC) - original timing and power values - standard cylinder heads usable - Scope of delivery: Cylinder, piston (with Rings, bolts, locking rings), needle bearings, thrust washers, damper rubbers, foot seal, stud screws Note: In order to ensure high stability and service life of the ML-Megu products, entry instructions must be observed. Before each assembly of a new ML-MEGU piston, the gap dimension of the piston ring joint must be checked. Specification here approx. 0.2-0.3 mm! When installing the piston, ensure that the locking rings are exactly seated! Otherwise there is a risk of a total loss of the piston, cylinder and crankshaft!

Zylinder
Der Zylinder hält was er verspricht. Ich fahre ihn jetzt seit gut 6000km und bis jetzt rasselt nichts. Die 60km/h Schaft er locker. Ich empfehle diesen Zylinder auf jedem Fall allen die legal bleiben wollen.

Relativ viel Drehmoment
Ich muss sagen im unteren Drehzahlbereich schiebt der Zylinder gut nach vorne. Natürlich ist ab 60 nicht mehr viel los, aber für den Alltag und komplett legal ein guter Zylinder.

Hochwertiger 50ccm NPC-Zylinder der ohne Mühe über 60km\h schafft
Verbaut habe ich ihn an meiner S51 Enduro. Auf 1,8mm vor OT schafft die Simme ohne Mühe die 60km\h und da geht noch mehr. Kurzes Einfahren von 75km und dann gab's schonmal ein bisschen Vollgas. Nach mittlerweile über 1000 Kilometern überhaupt keine Beanstandungen. Nur zu empfehlen. Es lohnt sich, wenn man einen neuen Zylunder brauch.
- Meine Tipps
- Die üblichen beim Zylundertausch. Paß auf, daß dir nix ins Gehäuse fällt. Also unbedingt z.B. mit einem sauberen Lappen verschließen.
