Conversion kit long 1st gear for 5-speed gearbox This conversion kit was assembled for the conversion of a standard 5-speed gearbox to the long 1st gear. The conversion to the long first gear significantly improves the gear connection between 1st and 2nd gear. This leads to better acceleration. In addition, the durability was significantly increased due to the optimized tooth geometry and the much wider gears. - Gear width 9.5mm instead of 7.7mm - Optimized profile shift, thus better tooth geometry - thus significantly higher load capacity - Adapted translation (12:42 instead of 10:44) - Lower gear jump, better acceleration Please note the motor housing must be in the area of the kickstart sprocket can be reworked
