Buffalo tank complete with side covers - specially for Simson S50N, S51N - side cover with "whirl logo" - made of metal sheet - tank and side covers are primed - Color: gray Tank: - Shape: "Banana" (as he from the was built in the 1980s) - beautiful angular shape - tank cap fits with original and replica tank caps - the front tank mount has the original width, fits nice and tight on the bearing rubbers (no more dumping!). - The hole of the rear tank mounting tab matches the mounting thread on the top belt. - Tank fastening tab solid welded - thread for the gasoline outlet is straight - side cover on the left with hole for ignition lock - without corrosion protection Side cover left: - Colour: grey, primed - left side cover, without hole for duct key - Alternative designation: "Tool box cover" - high quality and workmanship Side cover on the right: - Color: grey, primed - Alternative designation "Tool box cover" - High quality and workmanship Notes: The thread for the petrol outlet is primed! Should be cleaned before installing the fuel tap. Tip: Always roughen and degrease the primer before painting. The varnish or the clear coat should be petrol-proof and preferably on a 2K basis.
