Spoke wheel 1.6 x 19" - mounted and centered - each wheel is individually checked for height and side flap Rim: - aluminum rim polished, anodised, strong rim profile - rim width: 1.6 inch - Rim diameter: 19 inches - with rim tape Wheel hub: - Turned flanks for better optics - Bearing, spacer sleeve, locking ring already installed - Gray cast iron brake ring for better braking, reduced wear and higher safety Spokes + nipples: - 36 High-quality stainless steel spokes + nipples (Nirosta) Note: Anodized rims can have scratches in the area of the spoke nipples!
Notes:
- This product is designed for vehicles in everyday use, which are on the road with original power. Many Simson vehicles are no longer equipped with the factory engine. Overloading and improper use can cause even well-proven spare parts to break or be destroyed. If you regularly demand a little more from your vehicle, please look in the "Tuning" category for an appropriately optimised alternative spare part.
- New spoke wheels should be checked after a certain running-in period!
In particular, the spoke tension can decrease due to settling. For this reason, we recommend checking the spokes after 80 km to 200 km and tightening any loose spokes if deviations from the delivery condition are detected. Make sure that the spoke nipples are tightened evenly and not excessively, otherwise the concentricity and lateral run-out of the rim may be negatively affected. Suitable tools are a prerequisite for carrying out the work.
We recommend repeating the spoke tension check every 500 km, but at the latest at the end of the season or at the start of the next season.

Ich bin wirklich zufrieden mit der Felge. Ich nutze sie für‘s Cross fahren sie hält den Sprüngen gut stand und die Speichen lockern sich nicht. Ich hab mich für die Felge entschieden weil sie vom Preis her top ist und von der Qualität her gut durchhält.
