ZT 120N Stage 1 With the ZT120N cylinder kit, we have incorporated all our knowledge and 2-stroke experience of the last 10 years and thus created a real all-rounder. It adopts the concept of the large intake flange for VM 24/26 carburetor and the 53mm bore from the ZT110N Stage 3, which already offers a perfect basis for high power and torque values. The biggest innovation is the change of the stroke in the cylinder. This is expanded to 52mm using a completely newly developed long-stroke crankshaft. The optimized stroke/bore ratio results in significantly higher torque and perfect driveability. The design was deliberately chosen suitable for everyday use in order to achieve high stability, drivability and moderate consumption. Depending on the selected exhaust system, this engine is therefore an ideal companion in everyday driving or the reliable drive in racing. Ein gelungener standfester Zylinder
Als erstes AKF ist wirklich einer der besten Shops. Der Versand immer sehr schnell. Und man erhält immer die neusten Aktualisierungen zur Bestellung. Einfach Klasse. Zum Zylinder: Ich habe noch nie schlechte Erfahrungen mit ZT-Zylindern gemacht. Und das ist auch jetzt wieder der Fall. Für einen Hub von 52mm sehr Vibrationsarm. Fahre ihn mit der entsprechenden Kurbelwelle der gleichen Firma. Absolut keine Problem, aber viel Spaß. Fahre Motul 800 das tut der Paarung auch gut. Im ZT Gehäuse füllt er sich sehr wohl, weil alles gut passt. Also korrekte Montage ist sehr wichtig. Keine Geräusche absolut leichter Lauf und sehr robuste Ausführung. Was will man mehr. Auch den Preis finde ich absolut fair.
- Meine Tipps
- Man muss am Kurbelgehäuse, dort wo das Pleuel läuft, etwas wegfräsen, damit es nicht anschlägt. Wie auch ZT in der Anleitung vorgibt.
