Tuning cylinder kit ZT90N Generation 2 - Stage1 The 2nd generation of the ZT90N represents a completely new development. In order to achieve a significant improvement compared to the old version, all channels (inlet, outlet and overflow) have been significantly revised. The inner-centered cylinder head and the 3 split outlet (small main outlet with 2 auxiliary outlets) have already proven themselves successfully with the ZT51N, ZT60N and ZT70N and were also realized with the new ZT90N Gen2. During development, special attention was paid to high torque in the medium speed range and the increase in stability. The inner-centered cylinder head avoids assembly errors and keeps explosive forces away from the bushing. This prevents damage to the coating and ensures the absolute tightness between the head and the cylinder. A bridge in the inlet, in combination with the small main outlet and the piston shirt length of 49mm, significantly reduces the tip of the piston. With these measures, the service life of the piston and the longevity of the cylinder kit have been significantly improved. Characteristics: - Absolute original look (extending on the outside of the original DDR cylinder) - Outlet Ø 25mm, inlet Ø 21.5mm - Inner-centered cylinder head ---> Easy assembly, improved sealing - Maximum heat dissipation thanks to finely radiated surface and coated aluminum bush - long shelf life (up to 15tkm per piston, 4 oversize available) - good driveability even with AOA 1 and AOA 2 (modified original exhaust with shortened serial manifold) Vmax: 100km/h + - Designed for 44mm stroke - Piston diameter 50mm Power values: - 12.5 hp with AOA-1 - 13.0 hp with AOA-2 - 15.0 hp with AOA-3 2019 (available at the end of December) Scope of delivery: - ZT90N GEN2 Stage 1 cylinder (with 54mm liner diameter) - ZT90N cylinder head inner centered - ZT90N piston GEN2 (1-ring, 49mm shirt length, 50mm diameter) - carburetor flange gasket - cylinder base gasket 0.3mm - cylinder base gasket 0.5mm - carburetor flange studs - 2 hardened thrust washers
Notes:
- Chrome-plated parts give the vehicle a sophisticated look. However, the chrome parts require extensive care with suitable chrome care products several times a year to ensure a lasting shiny appearance. All sponges and cloths with a rough, scratchy surface and acidic, corrosive cleaners are unsuitable.
Weather-related influences, especially the use of road salt in winter, quickly damage the chrome layer and promote rust formation.
We would like to point out that we have to handle such complaints particularly restrictively.
We recommend the use of stainless steel vehicle parts for motorbike owners who shy away from the high maintenance effort.

Gut fahrbares Drehzahlband
Der Zylinder lässt sich soweit sehr leicht montieren, es sind keine Nacharbeiten (Entgraten) notwendig, mit dem ZT Reso 140 mm Gegenkonus und 80mm Einstelllänge, hat man ein gut fahrbares Drehzahlband.

Geht gut ab
Fahre den Zylinder mit nem 32er stino Auspuff. Geht locker auf die 100. Also sollte er ohne teure Spezialauspuffanlagen sein 12Ps bringen. Leider ist der Leistungsverlauf nicht ganz so sauber wie in den Diagrammen von ZT. Bei mir ist ein deutliches Losbrechen der Leistung ab 6000 Umdrehungen zu merken. Bin aber auch noch nicht fertig mit einfahren und abstimmen. 20er/21er vergaser samt anständigem luftfikter ist Pflicht!
