Tuning spoked wheel 3.0 x 16" - for particularly bold optics - expertly assembled and centered - each wheel is individually checked for height and lateral strikes, where we comply with the following tolerance limits: - Elevation impact: less than 1.3 mm - Side flap: less than 0.8 mm rim: - aluminum rim polished, glossy - rim width: 3.0 inch - rim diameter: 16 inch Tuning wheel hub: - aluminum casting hub, painted black - cooling surface on the hub Plane-turned - bearing, spacer sleeve, locking ring already mounted Spokes + nipples: - 36 high-quality, black spokes + nipple - steel, black coated Note: Popular as tuning rim in S50, S51, KR51 Schwalbe, SR4 can only be used as a rear wheel with an open chain guide. Can only be used as a front wheel with adjustments in the area of the mudguard clamps.A tire assembly with mounting iron is not recommended!We recommend a visit to a specialist workshop or the use of a tire assembly machine.

- New spoke wheels should be checked after a certain running-in period!
In particular, the spoke tension can decrease due to settling. For this reason, we recommend checking the spokes after 80 km to 200 km and tightening any loose spokes if deviations from the delivery condition are detected. Make sure that the spoke nipples are tightened evenly and not excessively, otherwise the concentricity and lateral run-out of the rim may be negatively affected. Suitable tools are a prerequisite for carrying out the work.
We recommend repeating the spoke tension check every 500 km, but at the latest at the end of the season or at the start of the next season.
