Before each assembly of a new ML-MEGU piston, the gap dimension of the piston ring joint must be checked. Specification here approx. 0.2-0.3 mm! When installing the piston, ensure that the locking rings are exactly seated! Otherwise there is a risk of a total loss of the piston, cylinder and crankshaft!

Super Zylinderkit
Habe diesen Zylinder schon oft verbaut, läuft 1a, vorher nur das Kolbenringstoßspiel prüfen und nacharbeiten, sonst gibt es Schaden

NPC Zylinder Top
Der Zylinder ist leicht einzubauen und entspricht den Hersteller angaben. Meine Simson S51 zieht jetzt besser an und beschleunigt auf gut 65 km/H

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Set.
Ich habe mittlerweile ein paar der NPC Zylinder verbaut und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Die Materialqualität ist erstklassig, die Kanäle sind alle sauber entgratet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut. Die Zylinder laufen richtig gut und kraftvoll. Bisher gab es keinerlei Beanstandungen, daher würde ich sie immer wieder kaufen und kann hier eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.
- Meine Tipps
- Unbedingt die Ringstöße der Kolbenringe messen und ggf. anpassen.

Das 50ccm‑Zylinderset läuft solide und angenehm ruhig. Bin noch im Einfahrmodus mit 1:30 unterwegs, und bisher macht alles einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Verarbeitung passt, Kolben und Kopf sitzen ordentlich – genau das, was man für einen zuverlässigen Serienersatz erwartet.

Habe dieses Set schonmal verbaut, tolle Qualität und Kompression. Ich fahre mit der S51 ohne Probleme 65 manchmal schafft sie auch 70. Denkt dran, erst etwas einfahren.

geiles Zylinterset
diesen NPC beschichteten zylinter habe ich schon öfters verbaut und es gibt einfach nichts geileres für standart 50ccm motoren, kanäle leiter edwas unsauber endgradet, was jetzt das erste mal war.. ansonsten alles top wie immer . Alles dabei, einbauen und spas am fahren haben.
