Cylinder set complete with piston and cylinder head 50 ccm, Ø38 mm, 60 km/h, NPC coating - M500 - Cylinder size: Ø38mm, 60km/h - ML Megu Aluminum cylinder Series with NPC coating - all-aluminum cylinders, thus optimal heat dissipation and high thermal load capacity - lower weight - high mileage due to NPC-coated tread - significant reduced friction and short run-in time - when using ML-MEGU pistons with steel rings and As prescribed Identification (NC) , optimal smooth running - performance-free and low-consumption - incl. cylinder head - identifier with brand ML-MEGU, displacement, maximum speed and article number in cast or stamped - built-in play according to the manufacturer's instructions when using ML-MEGU Piston with identification (NC) - original timing and performance values - standard cylinder heads can be used - Scope of delivery: cylinder head, cylinder, piston (with rings, bolts, locking rings), needle bearings, thrust washers, damper rubbers, foot seal, Pin bolts Note: The km/h information printed on the cylinder is incorrect and is based on a labeling error. Please note that this error only affects the labeling. The quality, functionality and safety of the product are not affected. You can find the corresponding document in the download area on the article. In order to ensure high stability and service life of the ML-Megu products, entry instructions must be observed. Before each assembly of a new ML-MEGU piston, the gap dimension of the piston ring joint must be checked. Specification here approx. 0.2-0.3 mm! When installing the piston, ensure that the locking rings are exactly seated! Otherwise there is a risk of a total loss of the piston, cylinder and crankshaft!

- In the event of a complaint, please note that proof of installation from a specialist workshop is urgently required.
The manufacturer requires this proof in the event of a complaint in order to rule out installation errors during assembly.

Zylinderset-komplett-mit-Kolben-und-Zylinderkopf-50-ccm-OE38-mm-60-km-h-NPC
Einwandfreies Set. Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit dem Set. Es hat alles gepasst. Vom Kolbenclip bis zum Zylinder. Alles einwandfrei. Die Kanten alle entgradet und der Zylinderkopf absolut dicht. Bis jetzt... 250km Fahrzeit. Mal sehen was noch kommt. Das Einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist das am Zylinderkopf der Brennraum direkt neben dem Kerzengewinde nicht ganz vollständig ausgegossen wurde, sodass ich zuerst dachte es ist etwas herausgebrochen. Der Zylinder Erreicht aber trotz diesem "Fehler" und einem Quetschmaß von 1,3mm (ja nicht optimal ich weiß, kanns aber momentan nicht ändern) seine 60km/h ziemlich zuverlässig.

Super Zylinderkit
Habe diesen Zylinder schon oft verbaut, läuft 1a, vorher nur das Kolbenringstoßspiel prüfen und nacharbeiten, sonst gibt es Schaden

Der Zylinder ist leicht einzubauen und entspricht den Hersteller angaben. Meine Simson S51 zieht jetzt besser an und beschleunigt auf gut 65 km/H
