Set: cylinder + piston + cylinder head for engine: M500 series dimensions: 50 ccm / 60 km/h cylinder + piston: - material: high-quality cast aluminum with gray cast iron sleeve - fit for the M500 engine housing -> assembly without Conversions possible - cleanly worked cooling fins for good heat dissipation - bore diameter: Ø 38 mm - inlet diameter: approx. 17.5 mm - outlet diameter: approx. 25.5 mm - channels: 1 outlet channel, 1 inlet channel, 2 overflow channels - deburred channel pockets for improved durability - piston with two piston rings - piston with G-clips for securing the piston pin Cylinder head: - optimized combustion chamber contour for better combustion - made of cast aluminum with fine surface quality - Candle thread: short, standard version Small parts included: - 2 × locking ring (G) - 2 × piston ring - 1 × piston pin - 1 × foot seal 0.50mm - 1 × cylinder head gasket 0.50mm (does not have to be installed) - 1 × carburetor flange gasket 0.50mm (Ø 19 mm) - 1 × special exhaust gasket (alternatively serial copper seal can be used) Notes: For engine or cylinder conversions and regeneration, the tax times must be checked and adjusted if necessary. Thread washers for the piston and carburetor bolts are not included in the set.

Zylinder + Kolben + Zylinderkof

Saubere Verarbeitung und hochwertige Qualität. Der Einbau lief reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Insgesamt macht das Produkt einen sehr guten Eindruck und erfüllt seinen Zweck zuverlässig. Ein kleines Detail könnte noch etwas besser verarbeitet sein, aber das fällt kaum ins Gewicht. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden mit dem Kauf.
