- We will take back the quantity of combustion engine or transmission oil purchased from us free of charge as used oil for the purpose of proper disposal. The return location is the address listed in the imprint. You can return the used oil to our shop. Alternatively, you can choose to send it by post if you pay the shipping costs. Please ensure that used oil is labelled as hazardous goods when it is sent and that suitable containers are used.
- This product is originally manufactured in Germany. We value quality and sustainability.
- Installation of the engine and all maintenance work within the warranty period (24 months or 10,000 km) must be carried out by an authorised MZA service partner. Proper performance of inspections and maintenance work guarantees functionality and must be fully recorded in the service booklet.
The entries in the service booklet are valid as proof of warranty. The service booklet must be enclosed when returning the engine. Compliance with these conditions is a prerequisite for making a warranty claim against MZA.

Der Motor (MZA) als solches läuft... Wer den Motor kauft und selbst einbaut, sollte sich dessen bewusst sein, dass dabei jeglicher Garantieansoruch verloren geht. Auch wenn es wie in meinem Fall, Schleifgeräusche beim ziehen der Kupplung gab. Schlampig gebogene Sicherungsscheiben waren die Ursache und es konnte schnell beseitigt werden. Ob diese Geschäftsgebahren tatsächlich vor Gericht bestand hätten, wenn man es darauf anlegt, sei dahingestellt. Für das Geld war ich etwas enttäuscht.

- Entweder von autorisierter Werkstatt einbauen lassen, Garantieverlust in Kauf nehmen oder wenn man die Zeit hat sich rumzanken ;-)

Qualität der Verarbeitung , mangelnde Prüfung durch Hersteller
Motor läuft, was negativ aufgefallen ist, sind Späne unter dem Deckel der Zündungsseite (mit Kompressor ausgeblasen) und eine in der Getriebeseite liegende U-Scheibe. Hier scheint mir der Hersteller die vom Verbraucher durchaus zu erwartende Qualtätsprüfung zu vernachlässigen. Schade.

Motor M541
Der Motor ist optisch gut verarbeitet. Er wurde in einer stabilen Kiste geliefert. Der Versandkarton wurde von den AKF-Versandmitarbeitern super stabil "gepolstert". Vielen Dank,Klasse! Die Kupplungsdeckel sind halt bei den Nachbaumotoren leider immer mit Drehzahlmesseraussparung, das stört mich ein wenig, ist aber sicherlich wirtschaftlich in puncto Produktion. Die Motornummer ist nicht wie beim Original längs an der Getriebeoberseite eingeschlagen. Test erfolgt im Frühjahr. Optisch ein gutes Teil.

Guter Motor
Allerdings ist mir nach ca. 550km ein Haarriss im Motorgehäuse (Kupplungsseite) aufgefallen. Moped wurde immer nur schön Wetter gefahren, ist nicht umgefallen und wurde nicht im Wald bewegt.

Motor 50ccm neu Simson 4 Gang
Der Motor ist echt top er läuft super und so wie er laufen soll ich kann mich nicht beschweren. Das Getriebeöl wird auch gleich mitgeliefert.

Gut verarbeiteter Motor
Bin gerade beim Einfahren.Habe Mir noch den passenden Vergaser bei AKF gekauft. Bis jetzt läuft alles Gut.Fahre bis 1000Km Gemisch 1:33 und Solo bei Max.50 Km/h.Ich hoffe das Ich weiterhin so viel Freude beim Fahren habe.Nach dem Einbau musste Ich noch das Getriebe Einstellen(der erste Gang wollte nicht Reingehen)Aber keine Probleme beim Einstellen.Jetzt läuft Alles.
