Horn for 6V and 12V with aluminum cover - DDR original design - fastening to the middle of the housing - high-quality workmanship - suitable for the following types: S50, S51, S70 - suitable for original Simson number: 204921 Note: The horn is preset at the factory and usually does not have to be adjusted any further. However, it can happen that you have to readjust the horn to adjust the pitch and volume. This adjustment is made using the lower adjusting screw between the two contact shoes. To do this, the signal horn must be operated at the same time. It is important to ensure that the lower adjustment screw is not pressed through the membrane, as this will damage it. Please do not work beyond the noticeable resistance, otherwise there will be a total failure. Please then again counter the adjustment screw to accept the settings.

Nachbau Hupe
Eine schöne Hupe ist es ja, aber der Sound ist immer noch ausbaufähig. Halter war leicht schräg, aber er lässt sich einfach verschieben.

Musste nachgebessert werden
Die Hupe habe ich 1:1 getauscht und die originale Verkabelung angesteckt. Beim Test fing die Hupe an zu rauchen und mache keinen Ton. Leider hat die Hupe über den Rahmen Masse abgekriegt und ich musste sie mit div. Isolierungen umbauen. Jetzt funktioniert alles.

Die Hupe sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus, wenn da nicht der schief angebrachte Halter wäre. Auch wenn sie etwas günstiger ist als die von MZA usw. sollte man doch ein gewisse Qualität erwarten können.
