Race crankshaft 60cc - 70ccm These new full-cheek racing crankshafts are currently the best crankshafts for your Simson engine. In the completely newly manufactured crankshaft, many constructive advantages compared to a subsequently converted Simson crankshaft could be realized. The crank bolsters, which are each 1 mm wider, are used to lay the foundation for optimal balancing and higher stiffness (stronger press fit). With the help of the pressed-in aluminum plug and the lighter connecting rod, the balancing is adjusted to the ZT-S60 and ZT-S70 pistons. This results in low-vibration engine running, increased rotational ability and longer bearing life. A high-quality, silver-plated needle bearing (13 mm wide) with silver-plated thrust washers is used in the storage below. This means that the upper thrust washers in the piston can be omitted and a 16 mm wide needle bearing can be accommodated. Technical data: - connecting rod length 85mm - wider crank bolsters (per cheek +1 mm) - wider and stronger press fitting of the crankpin - guided, simplified connecting rod with additional lubrication grooves - wide, Silver-plated needle bearing (13 mm) + silver-plated thrust washers on the crankpin - wide upper needle bearing (16 mm) - balancing optimal for ZT piston S60 + S70 - reduction of the Crankcase Dead Scope of delivery: - ZT racing crankshaft with 44 mm stroke - 16 mm needle bearing for piston pin - Disc spring for ignition + clutch

Hab die Kurbelwelle in einen Leistungsstärksten Motor eingebaut und bin sehr zufrieden, sie ist Passgenau und läuft sehr ruhig.

Sehr sehr gute Kurbelwelle
Diese Kurbelwelle ist sehr gut verarbeitet und dank der alustopfen ist es Geschichte das sich die Plastikstopfen von anderen Wellen verabschieden und zerbröseln. Sehr gute Wahl allerdings auch ein fetter Preis. Aber wenn man sein motor mit der Welle regeneriert hat man lange Freude dran.

TOP Kurbelwellen
Sehr gute KW mit unten geführter Pleuelstange. Leider passte bei mein zt 60ccm Kolben der Breite Nadellager nicht rein! Ich musste das normale mit Anlaufscheiben benutzen.
