Set: 2x ball bearing "Dummy" 6204 - for engine M500/M700 - for determining the crankshaft shims - allows for easier adjustment of the axial play - simulates the ball bearing 6204 with minimal undersize - no Heating of the housing required - Material: aluminum, black anodized Note: In addition to balancing crankshafts, the dummy is an ideal tool to measure timing or to control the control angle of the crankshaft (rotary slide inlet) and cylinder (outlet angle, overcurrent angle). Before or during complex conversion or milling work on the motor housing, the expensive components can be assembled and disassembled again in a very short time without damage.

- Due to changing batches of raw material, a 100% colour match cannot always be guaranteed during anodising. Different colour nuances may occur. Only clean anodised parts with suitable care products! Do not use harsh cleaning agents, as this can damage the surface.

Spezialwerkzeug für Enthusiasten
ausgepackt, sauber verarbeitet - so viel zu den guten Nachrichten. Erworben für die Positionbestimmung einer LT Evo Kurbelwelle in einem neuem ZT Motorgehäuse. Ein Dummy passte nicht auf die Kurbelwelle - Innenmaß 0,07mm zu klein. Der Andere Dummy passte nicht in die Lagersitze vom Gehäuse - Außendurchmesser 0,15mm zu groß. Daher beide Dummys für den Verbau ungeeignet. Aber man ist bei Simson Ersatzteilen ja einiges gewohnt. Nach einiger Zeit des feilens, schleifens und messens, waren die Lager endlich einsatzbereit. Position einer LT Kurbelwelle im ZT Gehäuse: perfekt Zeitaufwand des Probeverbau der Kurbelwelle: 45min. Davon das Werkzeug benutzbar machen: 40min.
