Set: LT 85 Tuning Cylinder + Piston + Cylinder Head, 85ccm - For Special Remodeling in Original Optics - Cylinder 2-Channel 85cc - Cylinder Head 85cc (50mm) - High Quality Aluminum Inlet Diameter: 20mm - Outlet Diameter: 25mm - Thick Bushing, Outer Ø54mm - 1-Ring Tuning Piston, Piston Bolt, 2 Clips Note: The engine housing must be spinned to at least 54.1mm. It also has to be pricked about 2mm lower than the original, otherwise the piston will open at the bottom! After installation, carefully turn by hand to check whether the piston is running freely. This set of cylinder and piston was developed in cooperation with the company "Langtuning by Jan Schäffer". It is a very good basis for powerful tuning with durability. The set is rounded off by the LT85 tuning cylinder head designed for this purpose. Please note: In the case of cylinder conversions, the control times must then be checked and adjusted if necessary.

Die Gußqualität muß besser werden
Der Zylinder den ich erhalten habe entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Bei Gießen ist das Alu nicht richtig zwischen die Gußkerne gelaufen. Für einen Tuningzylinder fand ich die Gußqualität nicht ausreichend.
