Cylinder kit ZT70N Stage 3 The new cylinder kits for the Simson S51 - S70 reflect the latest development status. A very complex outlet construction with 2 additional side outlets makes it possible to combine extremely good driveability with high performance at the same time. The result is a peak performance and bandwidth, which again raises the bar in the tuning area significantly higher. The Stage 3 version is a hand-revised version with longer timing, which has been optimized to use our Hydro32 + Reso Hybrid. This results in a peak power of approx. 16.5 hp and a maximum torque of approx. 11.5 Nm. The cylinder kit is also easy to drive with other exhaust systems such as our ZT Reso 2019, but it cannot develop its full power. The coated & finely radiated aluminum cylinder dissipates the heat much better than a comparable gray cast iron cylinder. This makes the engine more thermally stable and hardly reduces any power, even on longer full-throttle drives. The inner-centered cylinder head allows for simplified assembly and also ensures that the combustion pressure does not act directly on the sealing edge, which prevents leakage. Scope of delivery: - cylinder with 46 mm bore (feeder diameter 50mm) - inner-centered cylinder head - piston with ring, bolt, clips - 2x foot gasket - 2x carburettor flange studs - carburetor flange gasket - hardened Threaded discs for piston pins Motul 800 2T Road Racing may only be used as mixed oil!
