5-speed Simson racing gearbox, starting with 2nd gear, for MX and circuits - long version - all gears and output shaft from Ronge Motorsport, made in Chemnitz/ Germany - for easier assembly and better function, all bearing seats are as Sliding seat designed - 1st gear with wider teeth (10mm) - Reinforced pulling wedge and precisely manufactured output shaft - High-quality material (higher core strength) and larger tooth module, for the highest loads - Hardened thrust washers/ 1st gear (2nd) 2.533 - 2nd gear (3rd) 1.875 - 3rd gear (4th) 1.555 - 4th (5th) 1.333 (longer version 1.278) - 5th gear (6th) 1.158 (longer version 1.105) - fits S51 and S70 with 5-speed gearbox - complete with kicker wheel and shift roller (MZA) - the shifting roller (MZA) must be adjusted if something is necessary - the housing must be easily machined - the gearbox must be oiled well during installation, it should be retracted for 5 hours under medium load. Watch out! Only usable with the accompanying Kickstarter wheel! Housing must be easily machined. intended for motor sports purposes only.
