Product information "Bolt for shift roller bolted by the motor - for Simson S51, KR51/2 Schwalbe, S53, S70, S83, SR50, SR80"
Bolt for shifting roller screwed - easy assembly of the shift roller - easy adjustment of the axial play of the shift roller - improves the shifting behavior - perfect for racing use - locking ring 12x1 DIN 471 not applicable - the shift roller is secured by a screw connection with rosette disc - Is pressed and screwed into the left half of the engine - the motor must be opened for assembly Note: Check the hole in the housing! The bolt has an outer diameter of 10.60mm on the knurl/press surface. The hole in the housing must have a diameter of 10.3 to 10.4mm. With smaller diameters (below 10.3mm) the motor housing is damaged irreparably (cracks/breakages/slitches).

Sehr gute Qualität. Etwas stramm einzubauen aber mit einer Presse und erwärmen des Gehäuses kein Problem.

Stabiler Schaltwalzenbolzen mit guter Passform
Der Bolzen ist präzise gefertigt und passt genau an die Schaltwalze. Lässt sich sauber verschrauben und hält sicher. Oberfläche ist glatt, kein Grat vorhanden. Ideal als Ersatzteil bei einer Motorüberholung, sorgt für sicheren Halt der Schaltwalze.

Muss man sich überlegen
Nachdem der Sicherungsring beim Originalteil nicht mehr vernüftig gehalten hat, habe ich mich für diesen Ersatz entschieden. Man muss sich auskennen, wenn man den Bolzen wechselt. Die Schraube muss aber mit flüssiger Schraubensicherung gesichert werden, sonnst ist es keine Verbesserung.
