The new 50ccm ZT50N TGL Cylinder was specifically developed for the use of Series Components and Settings, making it easier than ever for the Simson rider to extract more Torque and Power from their Vehicle.

Simply remove the old Cylinder, install the new Cylinder, and you're done. The Ignition, Exhaust, and Intake System do not need to be modified or adjusted.

In numerous tests, all Port Geometries and Cross-Sections were optimized to achieve a noticeable Torque increase while maintaining an almost original RPM range, and at the same time significantly improving the Engine's Efficiency.

Some Cross-Sections were intentionally reduced in size to achieve these results...

These measures enable the Cylinders from the TGL series to have Fuel Consumption Values below the Series Level while providing a clear Power Increase, greatly enhancing the Riding Pleasure of the Vehicle.

The Cylinder is completely manufactured from Aluminum combined with our extremely durable Coating, which improves Heat Dissipation and thus the Thermal Stability of the Cylinder, while also reducing Internal Friction to a minimum.

This also ensures a long Service Life of the Assembly. Operating distances of over 15,000 km are possible with proper care per Piston.

The Cylinder Kit is rounded off with our high-quality 2-Ring Piston from our own Production and appropriately adjusted Geometry (Ovality, Conicity), enabling very smooth Engine Operation.

With our Cylinder Kits, neither Edge Breaking nor any Reworking is necessary, which is unfortunately required with some supposedly 'cost-effective' Sport Cylinder Kits.

We deliberately omitted the 'ZT-Tuning' inscription on the Pistons this time to avoid any indication of Power Enhancement in case of Inspection and Disassembly of the Cylinder Head.

Thanks to the nearly identical External Shape, Casting Quality, and Cylinder Height, the entire Cylinder Kit is hardly distinguishable from the DDR Cylinder.
