ZT50N TGL The new 50cc ZT50N TGL cylinder was specially developed for the use of standard attachments and settings, making it easier for the Simson driver to elicit more torque and performance than ever before. Just down old cylinder, install new cylinder and you're done. The ignition, the exhaust and the intake system do not have to be changed or adjusted. In numerous tests, all channel geometries and cross-sections were optimized in such a way that a noticeable increase in torque is achieved with the almost original speed range at the same time and at the same time the efficiency of the engine is significantly increased. Even individual cross-sections were deliberately reduced in order to achieve these results... These measures help the cylinders from the TGL series to achieve consumption values below the series level with a significant increase in performance at the same time, which significantly increases the driving pleasure of the vehicle. The production of the cylinder completely made of aluminum in connection with our extremely stable coating, on the one hand improves the heat dissipation and thus the thermal stability of the cylinder and on the other hand reduce the internal friction to a minimum. This also ensures a long runtime of the set. Mileage of over 15,000km is possible with proper care per piston. The cylinder kit is rounded off by our very high-quality 2-ring pistons from our own production and appropriately adapted geometry (ovality, conicity) and enables a very quiet engine running. With our cylinder kits, neither edges have broken edges nor any rework, which is unfortunately necessary for some supposedly "cost-effective" Sport cylinder kits. This time we deliberately avoided the lettering "ZT-Tuning" for the pistons, so that in the event of a check and disassembly of the cylinder head, we did not indicate any increase in performance. The entire cylinder kit can hardly be distinguished from the GDR cylinder thanks to the almost identical external shape, the casting properties and the cylinder height.
