Product information "Set: Chain Guide Open Chain, Black - for Simson S50 S51 S70"
Set: chain guide open chain - self-made chain guide - contents: upper slider, pulley, assembly material - color pulley: black - ball bearings (2x deep groove ball bearings) - polyamide roller - outer diameter: 32mm - Inner diameter: 8mm - Width: 28mm - For mounting with M8 screw Mounting Note: - Remove the lower bolt of the motor - Insert the supplied bolt and tighten the two nuts - now you can mount the pulley - Make sure you don't tighten the pulley - it should be able to rotate freely to ensure a smooth function - if this is not the case, check the pin for the main sander's spring. You may have to adjust this. - Make sure that all parts fit together well and are securely attached. - For the upper slide rail you have to drill a hole in the motor holder. - First mark the position of the hole to make sure it is placed in the right place. - Place the upper slide rail on the motor holder and attach it. - Make sure it is well aligned so that the chain can move freely. Note: This item is not compatible with item "10078795 - Set: Chain Guard Open Chain Tuning, 3D Printing"

Macht was es soll
Die Kettenführung war leicht anzubringen. Man muss allerdings ein Loch in den Motorhalter bohren, um die Führung anschrauben zu können.

Kettenführung ok – Anleitung eher schlecht
Die offene Kettenführung passt grundsätzlich gut an meine Simson S51 und macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Im Betrieb läuft die Kette sauber und ruhig, ohne Probleme. Allerdings war die Montageanleitung ziemlich kompliziert und teilweise unverständlich, wodurch der Einbau unnötig Zeit gekostet hat. Wenn man etwas Erfahrung hat, bekommt man es aber trotzdem hin. Produkt selbst ist gut, nur die Anleitung könnte deutlich besser sein.

Saubere Lösung für die Kettenführung
Die Kettenführung passt bei meiner Simson sehr gut und ließ sich ohne Probleme montieren. Sie hält die Kette zuverlässig in der Spur und reduziert deutlich das Risiko, dass sie abspringt. Das Material wirkt robust und die Verarbeitung ist für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Optisch schlicht, aber genau das passt gut zum originalen Look.

Die Kettenführung für die offene Kette an meiner Simson S51 passt perfekt. Verarbeitung wirkt stabil und die Montage war mit etwas Werkzeug gut machbar. Die Kette läuft sauber in der Führung und schlägt nicht mehr gegen die Schwinge. Insgesamt macht das Teil einen hochwertigen Eindruck und erfüllt seinen Zweck sehr gut. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Kettenführung für offene Kette
War zwar ein leichter Krampf zu verbauen, funktioniert aber super, außer der Umlenkrolle unten, welche so nah am Hauptständer-Feder "Nippel" ist, sodass sie sich nicht drehen kann. Trotzdem ein must-have für eine offene Kettenführung.
