Set: VAPE conversion kit to 12V - magnets cast on the rotor, making it more suitable for extreme speeds - 12 volts light magnet ignition system with integrated fully electronic ignition - ignition impulse is fully electronic and contactless - very stable Ignition with high energy sparks - better starting behavior and better combustion - replacement for all ignition systems up to 1990 - turns up to 16,000 rpm - suitable for original Simson number: Z-Set Included: - Installation instructions and circuit diagram - Cable set - Stator Vape A70S-3 - Rotor Vape A70R-3-C - Ignition Module VAPE Z71 - Controller AC-DC VAPE R54 - Blinker 12V 2(4) x 21 Watt - Ignition Module Bracket - Retaining plate for AC-DC controller - plug plug - ignition cable - cable grommet - screws - hole cover for tool box - battery 12V, 5Ah - horn 6V-12V - all ball lamps 12V Important information: Please note the proof of assembly! This is enclosed with every vape ignition system and must be filled out in the event of any complaints. This proof guarantees proper installation. The manufacturer requires this proof in the event of a complaint in order to be able to rule out installation errors when installing the vape ignition system. Note on the horn: The lettering on the case is 6Volt, but the horn also works with 12V! From 01.02.2021 the vape conversion kit will be delivered without battery acid. Umrüstsatz Vape auf 12Volt
In dem Set ist alles enthalten was man zum Umbau braucht. Der Schaltplan ist übersichtlich und leicht verständlich. Nach dem Einbau noch schnell die Zündung eingestellt und fertig. Springt super an und das Licht ist unschlagbar.

Der Umbau/Einbau ging sehr einfach und schnell das Moped springt bedeutend besser an und mit den 12Volt kann man auch ohne Probleme Led verbauen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Vape und würde sie mir für kommende Projekte wieder kaufen

Die beste Zündung
Ich fahre Vapen nun seit vielen Jahren und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Die Zündungen überzeugen mit ihrer sehr hochwertigen Verarbeitung und Funktionalität. Sie haben sich von absoluten Alltagsmopeds bis zu stark leistungsgesteigerten Fahrzeugen bewährt. Das Lichtleistung der Vape ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich kann die Vape in allen Fahrzeugen ganz klar empfehlen.
