Tuning cylinder kit "Spec-60" AKF X LT edition developed in cooperation with Langtuning: The cylinder was redesigned from the ground up. The channel design is optimized to the point. The SPEC-60 is still simple and unobtrusive from the outside. – Powerful 60cc cylinder with nickel-carbide-silicon-coated liner – extremely versatile power band, with considerable power output, depending on the component selected – can be fitted with standard equipment (original exhaust, carburetor 16N1) as well as with sporty components (e.g. Reso exhaust, carburetor 21N1) Performance examples on the LT test bench: - Standard equipment: (carburetor 16N1, main nozzle 80, idle nozzle 35, original air filter, original exhaust) -> 8.0hp at 6,830 rpm (crankshaft) - Sports components: (carburetor 21N1, main nozzle 110, idling nozzle 35, air filter conversion, AOA2 special exhaust) -> 9.7 hp at 7,420 rpm (crank wave) The performance specifications are deliberately applied to the lower scale of possibilities. Thus, anyone who follows the LT voting instructions can easily reach these values. Nikasil coating instead of gray cast iron bush - saves weight, lasts longer and dissipates heat much better. The thermal expansion between the piston and cylinder is more even. Quality control with calibrated measuring equipment: control times, dimensions and pistons are precisely checked. Complete kit - pre-oiled and ready to go. Technical data at a glance: Cylinder + piston: - Material: high-quality aluminum casting with nickel-carbide-silicon coating - perfect fit for the M500 engine housing -> Assembly without conversion possible - Cleanly worked cooling fins for good heat dissipation - Hole diameter: Ø 42 mm - inlet diameter: approx. Ø 21 mm - outlet diameter: approx. Ø 26 mm - channels: 1 outlet channel, 1 inlet channel, 2 overflow channels - deburred channel pockets for improved durability - single-ring piston, 1mm steel ring with chrome coating - piston with C-clips for securing the piston pin Cylinder head: - internally centered - optimized combustion chamber contour for better combustion - made of cast aluminum with fine surface quality - candle thread: short, standard version - incl. Cylinder head gasket Small parts included in delivery: - Needle bearing 12x16x13 - Threaded washers 1.00mm - 1 set of damping rubbers (must be shortened if necessary) - Carburetor flange studs - Locking rings (C) - Piston pin - foot seal 0.30mm & 0.50mm - cylinder head gasket 0.20mm - carburetor flange gasket 2.00mm (Ø 21mm) The end pipe must have at least 400 mm² perforated surface (e.g. 8x Ø 8 mm). Otherwise there is a risk of heat damage to the cylinder! Oils approved by the manufacturer: - Simtunol 2-stroke engine oil "16k mix" - Motul 800 engine oil 2T Road Racing - Addinol mixed oil "High Speed 2T" racing oil, flash point >270°C

Super Zylinder
Das ist ein sehr guter Zylinder, der Plug and Play funktioniert, egal ob Originalkomponenten oder Tuningteile. Er hat ein super Drehmoment, Durchzug und auch Endgeschwindigkeit.

Zieht ganz schön nach vorne
Fahre den Zylinder mit AOA2.5 KRümmer und Auspuff von PZ sowie den PZVM22 Vergaser, Langes 5Gang und Ori Übersetzung zieht hoch bis 90 mit anderer Übersetzung sind vllt noch ein paar KMH drin. Mal schauen wie lange er hält :)

Einfach gut!
Der Einbau ging super von der Hand! Auser die klemmringe am am Kolben.. einwenig fummelig und aufpassen das der nicht wegfliegt! Ansonsten alles top und macht richtig Spaß ihn zu fahren!

Super Zylinder
Der Zylinder ist einfach geil im 5 Gang bei 50 anfangen und bis 80 hochdrehen bei Gegenwind das ist einfach nur schön von untenrum schon schön kraftvoll ist auch relativ unauffällig einfach geil der Zylinder

sehr gute verarbeitung
Der Zylinder kommt in einem großen und von innen gut gepolsterten paket. Der Zylinder ist sehr gut verarbeiten und kann sowohl auch mit original teilen und Tuning teilen gefahren werden und ist leicht zu montieren

Super Kit
Sehr alltagstauglich, je nachdem welche Komponenten man hat kommt man hier auf sehr gute Fahrweisen zu jedem setup. Mit Ori-Setup und ein wenig geänderten Übersetzung kommt man locker auf 80km/h. Also kommt dem Lt60 sehr nahe. Sehr zu empfehlen.
