Tuning cylinder kit "Spec-60" AKF X LT edition developed in cooperation with Langtuning: The cylinder was redesigned from the ground up. The channel design is optimized to the point. The SPEC-60 is still simple and unobtrusive from the outside. – Powerful 60cc cylinder with nickel-carbide-silicon-coated liner – extremely versatile power band, with considerable power output, depending on the component selected – can be fitted with standard equipment (original exhaust, carburetor 16N1) as well as with sporty components (e.g. Reso exhaust, carburetor 21N1) Performance examples on the LT test bench: - Standard equipment: (carburetor 16N1, main nozzle 80, idle nozzle 35, original air filter, original exhaust) -> 8.0hp at 6,830 rpm (crankshaft) - Sports components: (carburetor 21N1, main nozzle 110, idling nozzle 35, air filter conversion, AOA2 special exhaust) -> 9.7 hp at 7,420 rpm (crank wave) The performance specifications are deliberately applied to the lower scale of possibilities. Thus, anyone who follows the LT voting instructions can easily reach these values. Nikasil coating instead of gray cast iron bush - saves weight, lasts longer and dissipates heat much better. The thermal expansion between the piston and cylinder is more even. Quality control with calibrated measuring equipment: control times, dimensions and pistons are precisely checked.
