PRO SEAL clutch kit - CNC clutch actuation system - for SIMSON M500/M700 series engines - JW Sport system of clutch actuation - double sealing to gearbox (1x CNC-manufactured aluminum sealing plate with shaft seal + 1 x series O-ring on the lever shaft) - no penetration of dirt, water or fuel into the gearbox - protects the 6000 ball bearing as well as the gear oil from damage/contamination - lever shaft made of high-strength steel (no run-in of the Pressure pins on the pressure surface) - more precise processing of the lever shaft compared to the standard part (pressure pins work in the middle, no grinding on the lower web) - longer release lever (much easier clutch operation) - CNC made - ideal for off-road use (also with Frequently washing the engine, no dirt enters the gearbox) - increases the life of the engine. Note on installation: - Dismantle the old clutch lever if available - Insert the lever shaft into the motor housing, carefully seal the aluminum sealing plate with the shaft seal over the lever shaft (well sealing ring slightly Oil the inside) up to the housing, align the aluminum sealing plate and mark the holes. Remove the aluminum sealing plate again with the lever shaft. - 2 holes with M4 threads must be drilled into the motor housing to secure the aluminum sealing plate ( Tools: 3.3mm drill and M4 tap) - Motor housing should be dismantled if possible, because the front threaded hole in the Transmission housing (otherwise drilling chips in the gearbox or gear oil) . The rear is outside (chain side) - if the two holes with M4 threads are drilled, the aluminum sealing plate can be mounted on the housing with a little sealant (recommended to guarantee a 100% seal) (M4 countersunk screws are included in the set) - Install spring and release lever (tool 10mm ring spanner)
